Join a Different Kind of ABA Team

What if ABA could feel more like play, exploration, and connection—for children and clinicians?

At AB Spectrum, we're building a different kind of ABA experience.

Our ReggioABA™ model combines the evidence-based principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with the child-led, play-based philosophy of Reggio Emilia. Our clinics are designed to feel more like natural preschool environments than traditional therapy settings, giving children opportunities to learn through play, movement, curiosity, and meaningful relationships.

And we're building our team with that same philosophy.

We want BCBAs who want to be clinicians first—with the support, autonomy, resources, and collaboration to do meaningful work without unnecessary administrative responsibilities.

Why AB Spectrum?

ReggioABA™: Therapy Through Play
