HVAC Apprentice

$20 - $25 per hour, based on experience

Full-Time | Kalida, OH

Monday - Friday | Overtime opportunities are available

What You'll Do

• Assist experienced technicians with residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs
• Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling systems
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with equipment repairs
• Learn proper HVAC tools, equipment, and service procedures
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, vehicles, and equipment
• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
• Complete training and develop the skills needed to advance within the HVAC trade

What We're Looking For

• EPA Certification is required
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Hands-on HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
