What You’ll Be Doing

• Mentoring the Next Generation: Providing high-quality, in-person weekly supervision to a dedicated team of therapists in home, school, and/or community settings.
• Empowering Families: Leading parent training sessions that focus on functional, meaningful success for the whole family.
• Innovating Programs: Overlapping sessions to ensure our naturalistic, play-based philosophy is being executed with heart and precision.
• Building the Future: Participating in leadership meetings where your voice directly shapes the growth and excellence of our agency.
