Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday–Friday, Normal Business Hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services in an outpatient clinic setting within a hospital environment
• Deliver care across a patient population with emphasis on orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with facility dress code and professional standards throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of North Carolina (or compact eligibility)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to Cerner EMR
• Compliance with facility dress code: any color scrubs (no denim, no cartoon prints), or khaki slacks with a polo shirt; no artificial nails or SNS nails exceeding ¼ inch in length

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedic physical therapy
• Experience in neurological physical therapy
• Prior experience in a hospital-based outpatient clinic setting
