Prepares doses for shipment, prepares cases, wipes doses, and loads and unloads containers in keeping with the prescribed safety standards and Department of Transportation (DOT).ResponsibilitiesPrepares and makes deliveries to customer accounts on assigned route using a company vehicle (non-cdl)Packages radiopharmaceutical medication for shipment, performs testing, and loads/unloads containersUses a handheld tablet to scan customer orders for accuracy, obtain route stop information and navigationProcesses packages returned from customer locationsMaintains vehicles in proper working condition and may perform minor roadside repairsPerforms general facility cleaning and other duties as requiredQualificationsMinimum of 18 years of age due to driving of company owned vehicleMust hold a valid driver's licenseComfortable driving in all weather conditions during day or night hoursAbility to lift and manage up to 75 poundsAbility to sit, stand, be mobile and operate a vehicle for extended periods of timeAbility to work weekends, on call, holidays, overtime, alternate days/shifts, or be in a rotationComfortable working in a nuclear environmentAbility to use computers and tabletsStrong customer service and communication skillsPrior delivery driving experience a plusHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferredBasic proficiency in English is required, including being able to read and write in English in order to process documents.May require vendor credentialingCardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
